Annual Utility Local Improvement District
This LID is voluntary and can be implemented upon homeowner's
request to pay their pressurized irrigation, domestic water and or
sewer hookup fees through a property asessment with a long-term
payment plan and relatively low interest rates.
Property owners will be assessed the cost of extensions and
connection fees in accordance with standard City irrigation, water,
and sewer hookup fees.
