Pam White was appointed to the Nampa City Council in June 2007. She replaced distinguished Councilwoman Lynda Clark who stepped down to take an administrative grant writing position with the city.
A former City Commissioner, Pam served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for three years prior to her appointment to City Council. She has lived in Idaho off and on throughout her life, in Nampa for the last 13 years. Her grandchildren are fifth generation in the Treasure Valley.
Pam was employed at the corporate branch of Home Federal Bank in Nampa from 1997-2001, where she was the Branch Manager at the time of her retirement from the banking industry. She was licensed in insurance and securities and also obtained her real estate license.

Pam and her husband, Steve, have been married 34 years. Their daughter Autumn lives in Nampa with her husband Marty and their two children, Kaiden, 8 and Lexi, 6.
Their family owned business, Eldorado Development, specializes in multi-family and commercial development in the Northwest. Pam's portfolio with Eldorado includes HR and overseeing the warranty needs of owners and investors.
Pam attended Spokane Falls Community College, receiving an Associate Arts Degree, Magna Cum Laude. She also attended Oral Roberts University. She received her Paralegal Certification from Barclay College.
